Hi All,

 We eventually made it back to England, despite cancelled flights, rerouting to Paris etc - only 26 hours journey home, but worth every second for the time we had on the poker cruise.

Herb, Warren and all the dealers made us both feel very welcome for the whole of the trip. Treena and Lee looked after us not with just with all our travel needs (Lee also showed us how easy it is to get American girls drunk...), but also to always be there with a friendly face to greet us as we entered the cardroom.

We were very happy to get into the money during the week, despite being relatively new to the game, and also being in the company of such experienced players. Oklahoma Johnny lived up to his title of Gentleman perfectly, and it was a pleasure to meet both hom and his lovely wife Carol - you can just feel their love for each other coming out of them.

 Anyone who visits this site and is unsure whether this type of event is for them - take my advice - DO NOT HESITATE - pick up the phone and get the vacation booked. This was by far the best vacation I have ever had, and if I could find a way to get more days off work, I would already be booked on the Dominican trip which is looming close.

Herb - can I ask you to convey my thanks to all involved - particularly those who I have not name checked in this blog (Scooter etc), and we both hope that we will be meeting you again at an event soon. Although I cannot make the Domican trip, I will be spreading the word in the various casinos in the UK which I visit, and hopefully you may have some of our friends from this side of the pond attending in May.
