As I sit in my bed here in my apt. in Costa Rica with my laptop watching Law and Order out of one eye, while the other eye is on the laptop monitor, my mind is wandering ahead two months when we will be basking in the warm Caribbean sun in Ocean World, Dominican Republic.  Herbie is there now at a tournament they're running during this week.  I haven't made it out there yet, but all reports I've heard from my close buddies indicate this is a very special location and is sure to be a WPS favorite.
